Application No. 224: Validation of epMotion TMX System for use with the Prepfiler Automated Forensic DNA Extraction Kit An internal validation was performed using PrepFiler Forensic DNA Extraction Kit. While the kit provided comparable DNA yields to that of the phenol-chloroform method, the manual extraction process was still time consuming.
